MySustainableForest is focussed on the provision of Earth Observation (EO) based added value geo-information products for the forest-based market to enhance the sustainable forest management by End-Users. Products will be deployed on the evolution of GMV’s eoforest service technology and the scientific models from MADERA+, FORA and EFI.

The synergic exploitation of satellite-derived information, Web-based analysis processes and Communication Technologies (ICT) will make it easier for stakeholders to perform a sustainable forestry management through which common operations such as the planning silvicultural operations (i.e. thinning, clearcutting, reforestation campaigns, etc.) will be optimised and the sustainable use of resources ensured along the down-stream wood market line.
